Online workouts may rebuild bones in childhood cancer survivors

Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month live online exercise program can improve bone density and strength in adults who survived childhood cancer. About 116 survivors aged 18-55 will be split into an exercise group or a control group. The goal is to see if targeted resistance and impact training can counteract long-term bone damage from past cancer treatments.
