Summary
This study tested a new questionnaire called Life S-Can that helps doctors quickly assess cancer survivors' diet, exercise, sleep, and emotional health. 105 survivors completed the tool and some received personalized advice. The goal was to see if this approach could improve quality of life and identify who needs extra support.
