First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special ultrasound measurement of blood flow in three heart arteries can help predict serious heart problems like heart attack or need for another procedure within a year. About 494 adults with coronary artery disease will get an ultrasound during a standard heart procedure. Researchers will follow them for one year to see if the ultrasound results link to future heart events.
