Summary

This study compares the latest 2024 McDonald criteria with the 2017 version for diagnosing multiple sclerosis (MS) in everyday medical practice. Researchers will enroll 100 people with symptoms suggestive of MS and track them for two years. The goal is to see if the new criteria catch more cases earlier and to determine the best use of newer tests like the kappa index.
