Summary
This study tested a compound called 2-HOBA in 32 adults with rheumatoid arthritis. Participants took either 2-HOBA or a placebo three times a day for 4 weeks. The goal was to see if 2-HOBA is safe and reduces markers of inflammation. This early research helps plan larger future studies.
