First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a new PET imaging tracer called [18F]FAPI-74 can find tumors as well as or better than the standard tracer in adults with certain cancers (like pancreatic, ovarian, or lung cancer). Participants will get both types of scans to compare how many tumors each one detects. The goal is to improve cancer detection without changing treatment.
