First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special type of MRI, using inhaled xenon gas, can show how well the drug sotatercept is working in people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). PAH is a serious condition where blood vessels in the lungs narrow, making the heart work harder. The study will involve about 14 adults and aims to see if the MRI can detect improvements in lung blood flow without needing invasive tests.
