Psoriasis drug showdown: which works better?

This study compares two drugs, methotrexate and apremilast, to see which works better for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 106 adults with psoriasis will take one of the drugs for 12 weeks. The goal is to find which treatment reduces skin symptoms more effectively.
