Enzyme pill eases lockjaw after wisdom tooth removal

This study tested whether a pill called serratiopeptidase can reduce swelling and improve mouth opening after surgical removal of a lower wisdom tooth. 110 healthy adults aged 18 to 40 took part. The results compare the enzyme pill to no extra treatment.
