Could a methadone derivative ease restless legs?

This study tests a drug called d-methadone in 50 people with moderate to very severe restless legs syndrome (RLS). Participants take the drug or a placebo daily for 30 days. The goal is to see if it reduces RLS symptoms and improves sleep quality.
