Could a common painkiller be better for Preemies' hearts?

This study tested if paracetamol works as well as ibuprofen to close a heart blood vessel that often stays open in premature babies. 133 infants born at 30 weeks or earlier took part. The goal was to see which drug is safer and more effective for this condition.
