Immunotherapy drug nivolumab tested against recurrent brain tumors

This phase 2 trial tested the drug nivolumab (Opdivo) in 35 adults with recurrent or progressive IDH mutant gliomas (a type of brain tumor) that had been previously treated with chemotherapy. The main goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors. The study is now complete.
