Can adding estrogen boost fertility treatment in PCOS?

This study looks at 60 women with PCOS who have a thin uterine lining. It compares the standard drug letrozole alone versus letrozole plus estradiol valerate to see which better thickens the lining. The goal is to improve the chances of a successful pregnancy.
