  • New pill targets cancer's genetic weak spot in 15 tumor types

    This study tests a drug called entrectinib in people with advanced cancers that have certain gene changes (NTRK, ROS1, or ALK). About 534 adults with 15 different cancer types will take the pill daily. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and how long that effect lasts.
