Could air be as good as gas for fixing a detached retina?
Disease control Not yet recruitingThis study tests if using air during eye surgery works as well as the standard gas bubble to reattach a detached retina. About 150 people with a first-time, uncomplicated detachment will take part. The main goal is to see if the retina stays attached after one operation.
