Can a Parkinson's drug stop chronic pain after chest surgery?

This study looked at whether adding amantadine to the painkiller pregabalin can prevent long-term pain after chest surgery. 60 adults who had chest surgery for cancer took part. The main goal was to see if fewer people developed chronic pain 12 weeks after surgery.
