Virtual group aims to ease postpartum pelvic floor struggles
Symptom relief OngoingThis study tests a 6-session virtual group program for new mothers with pelvic floor problems after childbirth. The group teaches coping skills, mindfulness, and education to improve quality of life. Sixteen participants will try the program to see if it's helpful and practical.
