New surgery may help women with pelvic cancer preserve fertility

This study is for women aged 18 to 40 with pelvic cancer who need radiation therapy. The surgery moves the uterus and ovaries away from the radiation area to protect them. The goal is to see if this is safe and helps preserve the ability to have children in the future.
