New study aims to help young adults sleep better and cut back on alcohol and pot
Symptom relief Recruiting nowThis study tests a short program to help young adults (ages 18-29) who have trouble sleeping and also drink heavily or use marijuana. The goal is to see if the program can reduce drinking and cannabis use while improving sleep. About 800 people in Washington State will take part.
