New gel could let men go home same day after prostate surgery
Symptom relief Not yet recruitingThis study tests a gel called PuraStat that is applied inside the prostate after a water-jet surgery (Aquablation) for enlarged prostate. The goal is to see if it reduces bleeding enough for men to go home the same day. Twenty-five men will take part in this early pilot study.
