New stapler aims to reduce leaks after colon surgery
Disease control Recruiting nowThis study is testing a new surgical stapler (Signia™) used to reconnect the colon after part of it is removed. The main goal is to see how often leaks happen at the connection site. About 137 adults having planned left-sided colon or rectal surgery will take part.
