MONDO:0009515A form of lecithin-cholesterol acyltransferase deficiency (LCAT) characterized clinically by corneal opacities, hemolytic anemia, and renal failure, and biochemically by severely decreased HDL cholesterol and complete deficiency of the LCAT enzyme.
