MONDO:0015537A cutaneous necrobiotic disorder characterized by firm, yellow plaques or nodules, often in a periorbital distribution. It is often accompanied by an elevated erythrocyte sedimentation rate; leukopenia; and monoclonal gammopathy (IgG-kappa type) and systemic involvement.
