Freeman-Sheldon syndrome
MONDO:0008675A very rare, multiple congenital contractures syndrome characterized by a microstomia with a whistling appearance of the mouth, distinctive facies, club foot and joint contractures. FSS is the most severe form of distal arthrogryposis.
