MONDO:0009411Autoimmune polyendocrinopathy type 1, or APECED syndrome, is a genetic disease that manifests in childhood or early adolescence with a combination of chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis, hypoparathyroidism and autoimmune adrenal failure.
