Summary

This study looks at the best way to maintain weight loss in people with obesity who have already lost weight using a high dose of the drug mazdutide. Researchers will compare a year-long intensive lifestyle program, a lower dose of mazdutide, or both together. The goal is to find a safe and effective long-term strategy to prevent weight regain.
