What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
telehealth-enhanced primary care
What this could lead to
If it works, this could make it easier for families to manage complex care at home and reduce the number of hospital visits.
What could go wrong
This is a large trial but tests a service model, not a drug, so results may vary by setting. Telehealth may not work for all families or conditions.
As listed by the trial registrant
The condition terms exactly as the trial's registrant entered them.
