Summary

This phase 2 trial is testing a drug called tarlatamab in 40 people with advanced small-cell lung cancer or other poorly differentiated neuroendocrine cancers. The drug is given by IV and aims to shrink tumors. Researchers will also study blood and tumor samples to understand why some patients respond and others don't.
