Each group will exercise three times a week for eight weeks, and their progress will be measured using standard balance and mobility tests.

What this could lead to

If successful, this could show which type of exercise better helps stroke survivors regain balance and perform daily tasks more easily.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-stage study with only 44 participants, so results may not apply to all stroke patients. The exercises may not lead to major improvements.
