Summary

This study compares two physical therapy approaches—rhythmic guided movements and static muscle contractions—to see which better improves arm function, strength, and coordination in people who had a stroke 1 to 6 months ago. Forty participants aged 40 to 60 with arm weakness on one side will receive 30-minute sessions, 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The goal is to help therapists choose the most effective rehab technique for regaining arm use.
