Summary
This study tests a sequence of two immunotherapy drugs (blinatumomab and inotuzumab ozogamicin) in people with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. It includes newly diagnosed patients who are older or too frail for standard chemo, as well as those whose leukemia has returned or persists after prior treatment. The goal is to see if this drug-only approach can improve survival and remission rates without the need for intensive chemotherapy.
