Summary

This study tests a combination of three treatments—a PD-1 inhibitor, azacitidine, and low-dose donor lymphocyte infusion—for adults with acute myeloid leukemia that has returned after a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if this approach can control the disease and improve survival. About 43 participants aged 18 to 60 will be enrolled.
