Summary

This study tests whether a program of physical activity counseling and a personalized exercise plan can help stroke survivors become more active. Researchers will compare a group receiving this program plus usual care to a group receiving only usual care. The study involves 120 community-dwelling stroke survivors and lasts 6 months.
