New procedure aims to ease knee arthritis pain without surgery

Summary

This study tests a procedure called Genicular Artery Embolization (GAE) for people with mild-to-moderate knee osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if blocking some blood flow to the knee lining can safely reduce pain and improve function. Fifteen participants will be followed for three years after the procedure.
