Summary
This study tests whether taking a special fecal transplant (MaaT033) alongside an immunotherapy drug (Cemiplimab) can help overcome treatment resistance in advanced lung cancer patients who have taken antibiotics. Antibiotics can harm gut bacteria, which may make immunotherapy less effective. The trial involves 162 adults and compares the combination to standard treatments chosen by their doctor. The goal is to see if the transplant can restore gut health and improve disease control.
