Personalized exercise shows promise for stroke recovery

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized, data-driven exercise program can improve walking patterns in people who had a stroke at least six months ago. Fifty-two participants will do 12 supervised exercise sessions over six weeks. Researchers will measure changes in gait, muscle activity, and balance to see if the tailored approach works better than standard exercises.
