Knee pain relief: which exercise works better?

Summary
This study looks at two types of leg exercises to see which one better reduces pain and improves daily function in women aged 35-60 who have knee osteoarthritis and front knee pain. Seventy participants will be randomly assigned to either closed kinetic chain exercises or isometric exercises for 12 sessions over 4 weeks. Researchers will measure pain levels and functional limitations using standard scales.
