Summary

This study compares two types of exercise—closed kinetic chain and isometric—to see which better reduces pain and improves daily function in women aged 35-60 with knee osteoarthritis and patellofemoral pain syndrome. 70 participants will do 12 sessions over 4 weeks. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to ease knee pain without surgery or medication.
