Summary

This study tests a new treatment called AZD0120 for people with multiple myeloma that has come back or stopped responding to at least three prior therapies. AZD0120 is a personalized cell therapy that reprograms a patient's own immune cells to attack two targets on myeloma cells (CD19 and BCMA). The trial has two phases: the first checks safety and the right dose, and the second measures how well the treatment shrinks tumors. About 182 adults will take part across multiple centers.
