Summary

This study compares three different drugs (dexmedetomidine, fentanyl, and magnesium sulphate) used alongside propofol anesthesia for brain surgery. The goal is to see which combination reduces the amount of propofol needed and improves patient outcomes. 108 adults undergoing elective brain tumor removal will participate.
