Mentorship program aims to boost research confidence among cancer care providers

Summary
This study tests a mentorship and education program called COACH-APP for advanced practice providers (APPs) like nurse practitioners and physician assistants who work in community cancer clinics. The goal is to see if the program increases their confidence in participating in clinical research. About 97 APPs will take part, with half receiving the program and the other half getting standard education. The study measures changes in confidence and how well APPs integrate into research teams.
