NCT ID NCT06381830

First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tested a two-step treatment for people with relapsed or hard-to-treat B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. First, patients received a stem cell transplant using their own cells, followed by a dose of CAR-T cell therapy. The goal was to see if this combination could improve response rates and keep the cancer from coming back. The study was stopped early after enrolling only 8 participants, so results are limited.
