Summary

This study looks at whether special breathing exercises (inspiratory muscle training) can improve lung function and reduce inflammation in people with obesity. Researchers will measure breathing, muscle strength, and blood markers in 40 adults aged 30-60 with a BMI of 30 or higher. The goal is to see if this simple training can help ease respiratory issues linked to obesity.
