Summary
This study looked at whether a 10-week Zumba dance program could reduce body fat and improve flexibility in healthy 8-year-old children. 115 kids took part in 40-minute sessions, three times a week. Researchers measured body fat and flexibility before and after the program, and also checked if results differed between boys and girls.
