New Weight-Loss drug tested in kidney patients

Summary
This early-phase study looks at how a single dose of ZT002 (a potential weight-loss drug) behaves in people with different levels of kidney function. About 40 adults who are overweight or obese will receive one injection, and researchers will measure drug levels and safety. The goal is to understand if kidney problems affect how the drug is processed, not to treat the kidney disease itself.
