Drug maker swap test: are these pills truly twins?
NCT ID NCT06360081
Summary
This study tested if a zongertinib tablet made by one company works the same in the body as a tablet made by another company. It involved 56 healthy adults who each took a single dose of both versions. Researchers measured drug levels in the blood to see if the two tablets are bioequivalent, meaning they deliver the drug to the body in the same way.
