Metal-Free tooth implants tested in new study

Summary
This study looks at how well ceramic (zirconia) dental implants work for replacing a single missing tooth. About 14 people will get a ceramic implant placed in their jaw, then a ceramic crown attached after 3 months. The main goal is to see how many implants stay in place and work well over time.
