New cancer drug trial seeks to control advanced tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called ZGGS34 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The first part will find a safe dose, and the second part will see if the drug, sometimes given with chemotherapy, can help control cancer in people whose tumors have a specific marker called MUC17. It will involve about 400 participants across multiple centers.
