New drug ZGGS34 targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called ZGGS34 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose, then testing how well ZGGS34 works alone or with chemotherapy in tumors that have a specific marker (MUC17). About 400 adults aged 18-75 are being recruited.
