New cancer drug targets specific protein in advanced tumors

This study is testing a new drug called ZGGS34 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The first part checks how safe different doses are, while the second part looks at whether the drug helps shrink tumors in people whose cancer tests positive for a specific protein called MUC17. About 400 participants with various advanced cancers will help researchers understand if this approach could become a new treatment option.
