Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called ZeroOCD that uses augmented reality to deliver cognitive behavioral therapy for people with contamination-related OCD. About 189 adults with moderate to severe symptoms will be randomly assigned to use the app, receive standard therapy via video, or join a waitlist. The goal is to see if the app can reduce OCD symptoms as effectively as traditional therapy.
