Summary

This study tests a smartphone app called ZeroOCD that uses augmented reality and cognitive behavioral therapy to help people with contamination OCD. About 189 adults with moderate to severe symptoms will either use the app, receive standard therapy via video call, or join a waitlist. The goal is to see if the app can reduce OCD symptoms and make therapy more accessible.
